Minor changes were made on the 2006 Dodge Caravan / Grand Caravan with improvements being made to the exterior of the car, notably the revised front grille, new front fascia with redesigned fog-lights, new back seats as well as several cosmetic changes.
Engine options remained the same; a 2.4L I-4 150HP, 3.3L V-6 180HP and 3.8L V-6 215HP. An additional optional engine comes in the form of a 3.3L V-6 Flex Fuel, providing the opportunity to run alternative fuel sources such as E-85 Ethanol.
